Job Summary:

Cuemath is a leading global platform dedicated to helping children build strong math foundations and logical reasoning skills. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Online Mathematics Tutors to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Cuemath tutor, you will guide students through interactive math sessions, making learning engaging, personalized, and impactful. This role allows you to work from home, deliver lessons online, and inspire young minds while developing your own teaching skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one or small group online math classes for students across various grade levels.
  • Deliver structured lessons following the Cuemath curriculum while adapting to each student’s learning pace.
  • Use interactive tools and techniques to make math learning engaging and fun.
  • Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate performance records.
  • Encourage logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to update them on student progress and address concerns.
  • Participate in training sessions to continually enhance teaching effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of mathematics concepts across K-12 levels.
  • Comfortable with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, relatable manner.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching children.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with video conferencing and educational software.

Experience:

  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience in handling children or conducting online sessions is advantageous.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible part-time schedule.
  • Sessions typically range from 1–2 hours per student, multiple sessions per week.
  • Weekend availability is preferred to accommodate students’ schedules.
