The Role

As a Remote Loyalty Program Operations Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operational functions of JetBlue's TrueBlue program. You will coordinate member account management, assist with promotional campaign execution, process points adjustments, and produce reports that help loyalty program managers track engagement and performance. This is a detail-driven role that requires strong organizational skills, a member-first mindset, and familiarity with loyalty or CRM platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Process TrueBlue member account requests including points adjustments, status corrections, and account merge inquiries
  • Coordinate the operational execution of loyalty promotions, bonus point offers, and partner redemption campaigns
  • Respond to escalated member inquiries regarding points balances, expiration policies, and redemption issues
  • Maintain accurate member records and program data in JetBlue's loyalty platform
  • Produce regular program operations reports tracking member activity, redemption rates, and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, and technology teams on program enhancements and member communications
  • Support audit activities by ensuring loyalty transactions and adjustments are accurately documented

Who You Are

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in loyalty program operations, CRM administration, or marketing operations
  • You are highly organized and precise, with strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats
  • You are comfortable working with CRM and loyalty platforms; experience with airline loyalty systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field preferred
