Your Mission

As a Remote Supplier Operations Support Analyst, you will be embedded in Wayfair's supplier performance and compliance workflows, providing the analytical and operational backbone that keeps supplier relationships productive and accountable. You will monitor supplier metrics, identify performance gaps, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain the high fulfillment standards Wayfair demands from its partner network.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Monitor supplier performance dashboards tracking key metrics including on-time delivery, fulfillment accuracy, and defect rates
  • Investigate supplier performance exceptions, contact partners to gather context, and coordinate corrective action plans
  • Analyze supplier data to identify trends, seasonal patterns, and systemic compliance issues across the network
  • Process supplier onboarding documentation, catalog updates, and data quality corrections in Wayfair's supplier portal
  • Collaborate with category managers and merchandising teams to align supplier expectations with business objectives
  • Produce weekly supplier performance reports and present findings to operations leadership
  • Support supplier compliance initiatives related to packaging, labeling, and product safety standards

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in supplier management, vendor operations, or supply chain analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with SQL or BI platforms is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills for professional partner-facing interactions and internal reporting
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple supplier accounts simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations management, or a related field preferred
