What You Will Do

  • Enter shipment tracking data, delivery records, and logistics documentation into FedEx internal operations systems
  • Update existing records with delivery status changes, address corrections, and operational exception notes
  • Process new business customer documentation and shipper account data entries as assigned by the data team lead
  • Verify all entries against original source documents before finalizing each data batch for submission
  • Complete daily task targets — typically 200 to 400 records per shift — with a minimum 98% accuracy standard
  • Submit end-of-shift productivity summaries and flag recurring data quality issues to the senior team promptly

Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred but not required — FedEx welcomes applications from first-time job seekers
  • No prior work experience required — full paid training provided before any independent data entry begins
  • Typing speed of 40 or more words per minute with emphasis on consistent accuracy
  • Basic computer skills — able to navigate web-based portals and spreadsheet tools with guided training support
  • Reliable personal computer and stable home broadband internet — wired connection strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and committed to daily task completion without direct on-site supervision

Pay and Benefits
