We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to assist Delta passengers with reservations, flight changes, SkyMiles account management, and travel disruption resolution — all from home.

What You Will Do

  • Handle inbound calls from Delta passengers regarding flight reservations, seat selections, and itinerary modifications
  • Rebook passengers affected by flight delays, cancellations, and weather-related travel disruptions with speed and empathy
  • Assist passengers with SkyMiles loyalty account questions — earning miles, award redemption, and status tier benefits
  • Process refund requests, travel vouchers, and compensation for service failures in line with Delta policy
  • Provide accurate information on travel documentation requirements, visa policies, and Delta services
  • Deliver a consistently warm, solution-focused experience that reflects Delta's commitment to passenger care

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED — some college education is preferred
  • One or more years of customer service experience — airline, hotel, or travel industry background is a significant plus
  • Professional, composed phone manner with clear and pleasant English communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple reservation and CRM systems simultaneously during calls
  • Dedicated home workspace with a personal computer, USB headset, and 25+ Mbps wired internet connection
  • Available for rotating shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
