What You Will Do

  • Assist passengers with flight reservations, upgrades, itinerary changes, and cancellation requests via phone or digital channels
  • Handle service recovery for passengers affected by flight cancellations, delays, or schedule irregularities with care
  • Provide AAdvantage loyalty account support and assist members with award bookings and miles management
  • Enter and maintain operational records or customer account data depending on your assigned remote role
  • Ensure every customer interaction meets American Airlines service quality and first-contact resolution standards
  • Collaborate with remote team members to share best practices and support team performance goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED — prior airline, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Professional communication skills — warm, clear, and effective in both phone and written channels
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and database tools simultaneously during live customer interactions
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and select US public holidays as required
  • Home PC, USB headset, and 25+ Mbps wired internet connection — provided equipment options available
  • Dedicated quiet home workspace for all remote customer service or operations shifts

Pay and Benefits
