As a Remote Customer Experience Operations Associate, you will support the day-to-day operations of DoorDash's customer support programs, helping to ensure that every consumer, Dasher, and merchant who needs help receives a fast, empathetic, and effective response. What You'll Do

  • Handle escalated customer, Dasher, and merchant support cases that require additional investigation and resolution authority
  • Review support ticket queues and ensure service level agreements are met across all channels
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and document findings for process improvement teams
  • Support quality assurance activities by reviewing resolved cases and providing feedback to frontline support agents
  • Assist with special projects including product launches, market expansions, and seasonal demand surges
  • Collaborate with trust and safety, logistics, and product teams on cross-functional support initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support operations, quality assurance, or related roles
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to document complex issues clearly and concisely
  • Comfortable working with support ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar platforms
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude and eagerness to take initiative
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus

Nice to Haves

  • Previous experience in food delivery, marketplace, or gig economy platform support
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
