What You Will Do

  • Assist Delta passengers with flight reservations, seat upgrades, itinerary changes, and travel cancellation requests
  • Manage service recovery situations — rebook disrupted passengers, process travel vouchers, and handle compensation requests
  • Provide SkyMiles account support — mileage credits, award bookings, status upgrades, and partner airline transfers
  • Deliver accurate information on Delta's policies, fees, and travel requirements for domestic and international routes
  • Support operational data entry, reporting, or administrative functions depending on your assigned remote Delta role
  • Uphold Delta's brand values of reliability, genuine care, and service excellence in every passenger interaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma — airline, hospitality, or travel industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills — professional, warm, and solutions-oriented with passengers and colleagues
  • Ability to navigate multiple airline systems and CRM platforms while maintaining fluid, natural customer conversations
  • Flexible availability for rotating schedules including evenings, weekends, and US public holidays
  • Home PC with Windows 10, USB headset, and 25+ Mbps wired internet connection required
