The Role

Kelly Services is seeking a results-driven Remote Staffing Services Account Specialist to manage and grow a portfolio of employer client accounts. You will serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, fast talent delivery, and proactive workforce solutions that address their evolving needs. Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of staffing client accounts, serving as their go-to contact for workforce needs, order management, and service issues
  • Develop strong client relationships through regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and proactive communication
  • Submit qualified candidate profiles to clients and coordinate interview and selection processes
  • Track order fulfillment, placement activity, and client satisfaction metrics for your assigned accounts
  • Identify opportunities to expand Kelly's services within existing client accounts and collaborate with sales leadership on growth strategies
  • Resolve client concerns and service failures promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure retention
  • Maintain accurate account records, client contacts, and activity notes in Kelly's CRM system

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or B2B sales — staffing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships in a service-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence in client-facing interactions
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and MS Office tools for account management and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, human resources, or a related discipline preferred
