No prior data entry experience is required. Amazon provides comprehensive paid training on its internal systems, data standards, and accuracy requirements. You will work with a structured daily task list, a supportive remote team lead, and clear performance benchmarks that make your progress and achievements easy to track and celebrate over time.

What You Will Do

  • Enter and update product catalog data — titles, attributes, categories, pricing, and dimensions — in Amazon's systems
  • Process new seller account information, product ASIN creation requests, and catalog compliance updates
  • Update shipment arrival records, inventory adjustment entries, and fulfillment center documentation daily
  • Cross-check entered records against original supplier and vendor source documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Generate end-of-day data entry completion summaries and submit to your remote team lead on schedule
  • Identify and escalate recurring data quality issues and source document inconsistencies to the senior data team

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED — no work experience required, entry level is welcome to apply
  • Typing speed of 40 or more words per minute with consistent accuracy
  • Comfortable with basic Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets — training on Amazon-specific tools provided
  • Strong attention to detail — able to maintain focus and accuracy across repetitive data entry work
  • Reliable personal computer with stable 25+ Mbps home internet — can start within one week of offer
  • Punctual, self-motivated, and committed to meeting daily task targets independently from home
