The Role

We are seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Staffing division and manage the full-cycle recruitment of candidates across professional, light industrial, and technical disciplines. In this role, you will build candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, match talent to client opportunities, and manage the candidate experience from first contact through placement. Your success will be measured by the quality of your placements, your ability to build lasting candidate relationships, and your contribution to Kelly's client satisfaction metrics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and Kelly's proprietary talent database
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and career goals
  • Match candidates to open client positions based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage the offer process including salary negotiation, background screening, and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity data in Kelly's ATS
  • Build and maintain a warm talent pipeline for recurring and high-volume client needs
  • Collaborate with account managers and client-facing teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver results quickly

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency, RPO, or corporate talent acquisition environment
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ZipRecruiter
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with candidates and clients alike
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred
