What You Will Do

  • Handle inbound DoorDash customer contacts via chat and phone to resolve delivery, billing, and account issues
  • Assist Dashers with earnings questions, deactivation appeals, zone access issues, and app troubleshooting
  • Support restaurant merchant partners with order management, payout questions, and menu update requests
  • Troubleshoot DoorDash app errors and account access problems for customers across iOS and Android platforms
  • Document all contacts accurately in DoorDash's internal support platform with complete resolution notes
  • Identify and escalate platform issues, Dasher misconduct, and systemic service failures to the operations team

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED — prior delivery, food service, or customer support experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication — clear, empathetic, and solution-focused in all customer interactions
  • Comfortable managing multiple simultaneous chat conversations during peak DoorDash contact hours
  • Quick learner who can navigate DoorDash support tools and policies confidently after a structured training period
  • Home computer, USB headset, and reliable 25+ Mbps internet connection for chat and phone support
