About the Role

Apple's remote AppleCare team is growing, and we are hiring full-time Customer Service Specialists who want to represent the world's most admired technology brand from home. You will be the expert and advocate that Apple customers turn to when they need help — providing fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring support across the full Apple product and service ecosystem.

Apple provides all the equipment you need shipped directly to your home. After completing a comprehensive paid training program, you will handle real Apple customer contacts confident in your knowledge and tools. What You Will Do

  • Handle inbound Apple customer contacts via phone and live chat for the full range of Apple hardware and software
  • Deliver first-contact resolution for iOS, macOS, watchOS, and Apple service account issues
  • Assist customers with iCloud storage, Apple ID security, Family Sharing, and subscription management
  • Process AppleCare+ service claims, authorize device replacements, and schedule Apple Store repair appointments
  • Provide product education — explain features, settings, and best practices to maximize the customer's Apple experience
  • Maintain Apple's customer satisfaction standards and contribute to the team's first-contact resolution performance metrics

Requirements

  • High school diploma — strong personal familiarity with Apple devices and ecosystem is essential
  • One or more years of customer-facing service or technical support experience preferred
  • Clear, patient verbal and written English communication with a genuine desire to help
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple, non-technical language to diverse customer groups
  • Dedicated home workspace — Apple ships iMac, headset, and accessories at no cost to the employee
  • Available for a consistent full-time schedule including rotating evenings and some weekends

  • Pay: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour — reviewed after 90 days for performance-based increase
