About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provide information and assistance to dealers and customers regarding service parts identification, product availability, pricing, and shipping of orders.
  • Manage the dealer parts order process within the United States.
  • Assist unit management in identifying emerging trends and parts forecasting.
  • Provide technical phone support for rush, machine down, or stock parts orders.
  • Complete each part order from sale through invoicing and printing of the pick list.
  • Assist dealers with part identification, substitutions, pricing, and lead time.
  • Ensure proper shipping of dealer and customer orders to meet divisional metrics.
  • Unpack and store stock orders, maintaining proper inventory locations and strict inventory management.
  • Enter all order receipts into the system.
  • Assist management in determining trends for parts forecasting and provide input on safety stock levels.
  • Operate forklift for loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of Parts and Customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of equipment dealers and other channels.
  • 1 or more years of experience using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, and other Microsoft tools.
  • Cross-functional work experience in accounting, manufacturing operations, warehousing, distribution, supply management, or marketing.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Ability to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 or more years of heavy equipment parts experience.
  • 1 or more years of experience in parts operations, transportation, inventory management.
