Key Responsibilities

  • Take care of routine housekeeping duties, such as cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and offices.
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Keep accurate records of cleaning activities and notify the supervisor of any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and universal precautions to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, employees, and visitors, offering excellent customer service.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications Needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior housekeeping experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Positive attitude with the ability to communicate clearly with building occupants, administration, and leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
  • Capable of lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for long periods
  • Must handle routine and repetitive tasks consistently
  • Willingness to work around cleaning agents
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions
  • Residency in the service area is required
