Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to operate various machinery and tools effectively. This role involves working on an assembly line, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery, including forklifts and power tools, safely and efficiently.
  • Assemble products on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues.
  • Utilize hand tools for assembly tasks and ensure proper handling of materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing facility.

Requirements

  • Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other power tools safely.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
