Bar Food & Beverage Attendant– Job Details

Contract: Permanent-24HRS

Salary: Competitive

Hours of work: 24HRS

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Greet customers and take drink and food orders in a friendly and efficient manner.

· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.

· Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.

· Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.

· Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.

· Interact with customers, answer questions about menu items and make recommendations as needed.

· Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

· Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as kitchen and dining room staff, to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Criteria

· Previous experience as a Bar Food & Beverage Attendant in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment is necessary.

· Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

· Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Criteria

· Background and experience in a busy hotel environment
