<p>At IBM, we are looking for an experienced Analyst-Risk and Compliance to join our dynamic, innovative team. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic problem-solver with a strong background in risk and compliance and a deep understanding of the IBM organization. The successful candidate will be a critical part of our team, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and IBM policies.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and have a minimum of three years of experience in a risk and compliance role. Knowledge of industry-standard risk and compliance practices and experience with data analysis and reporting are also required. Above all, the successful candidate must be able to work independently and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Monitor and assess risks across the IBM organization and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and IBM policies. Lead the development and implementation of risk and compliance plans and strategies. Analyze data related to risk and compliance and create reports to be shared with stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and IBM policies and ensure that all necessary risk and compliance criteria are met. Provide guidance and advice on risk and compliance matters to stakeholders. Remain up-to-date on industry-standard risk and compliance practices. Investigate potential breaches in risk and compliance requirements. Collaborate with other members of the team to identify and address risks. Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on risk and compliance topics.</p><p>IBM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
