REMOTE Learning Management Administrator

Pay: $20hr

Remote anywhere

Schedule- 8am-5pm Mon-Fri Eastern time zone

We provide laptop, they just need internet access

Job Details: 
  • The Learning & Development Associate provides administrative and service support to customers in a client service environment. The individual is responsible for assessing the business partner’s needs and requests for new or modifications to existing courses, curricula
  • and/or learning plans.
  • The individual will consult with the appropriate clients to clarify the needs, and then submit the appropriate online requests to set up or modify training courses, curriculum, course assignments, instructors and scheduled training sessions in a Learning Management
  • System (LMS).
  • Extensive collaboration and daily interactions providing status of deliverables to customers is key to success in this job. In addition, the individual will be required to proactively manage issues and overall customer expectations and escalate to management as needed.
  • Specific responsibilities include:
  • Performing document routing in Veeva Quality Docs for document revisions, approvals, etc.
  • Managing inputs (requests, reports, analysis) from Learning professionals and/or business areas with needs for new, modified or periodic reviews of training courses, curricula or course/curriculum assignment requests.
  • Creating, submitting, and monitoring requests to set up or modify training courses, curriculum, course assignments, instructors and scheduled training sessions in a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Run reports in the LMS (SuccessFactors Plateau) and/or the Request Management System (ServiceNow) that will be used in the planning for changes or to support on-going monitoring of curriculum.
  • Consolidate data in Excel and organize in preparation for submitting learning requests.
  • Manage periodic reviews of courses/curriculum and course/curricula approvals via spreadsheet tracking, emails, course forms, electronic routing and other methods.
  • Ensure client standard operating procedures, processes and service level agreements are maintained.
  • Identify and trouble shoot discrepancies and issues.
  • Escalate issues to Supervisor or Manager for resolution.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of successful experience in a corporate Learning & Development and/or Human Resources organization preferred.
  • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) and fundamental knowledge of data elements within a Learning Management System (e.g. Courses, Curriculum, Content Objects, and Learning Plan Assignments) preferred.
  • Adaptable and confident with technology tools.
  • Intermediate/advanced MS Excel experience (e.g., adding worksheets and merging data, formatting, sorting, filtering, pivot table, inserting formulas, auto summary, table formatting).
  • Experience/proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Able to work independently with large amount of data (e.g., explore, analyze, model and provide a recommended option/solution).
  • Strong analytical ability, and the ability to consult with clients and offer solutions and options.
  • Able to communicate/interact effectively with clients. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience with document management repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, Regulus) is a plus for this role.
  • Strong Customer Service orientation.
  • Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail.
  • Strong quality focus and team-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change.
