Apply today and become an essential part of our team, where your work makes a significant impact every day.<br><br><strong>Shift Hours:</strong> 1st Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm<br><br><strong>Essential Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Maintain and organize daily dock assignments</li><li>Conduct regular hourly checks of the dock area</li><li>Read and interpret a variety of stage plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), or Work Instructions (WIs)</li><li>Engage in physical activities to sort and move products effectively</li><li>Operate material handling equipment, such as RF devices, label machines, weight scales, and pallet jacks</li><li>Re-box and label materials, conduct weight counts for sales orders, and transfer materials to staging areas</li><li>Perform various duties, including organizing excess items from picking</li><li>Enter data accurately, including completing daily production sheets and other necessary transactions</li><li>Mark and tag containers with appropriate identifying information</li><li>Assemble product containers as required</li><li>Pack containers and re-pack damaged ones as needed</li><li>Install protective devices, like bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage during transportation</li><li>Participate in a collaborative work environment utilizing effective communication and willingness to cross train to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill development</li><li>Comply with comprehensive safety protocols and participate in ongoing training to ensure a secure work environment and maintain a safety-conscious culture</li><li>Follow all 5S principles and guidelines daily to optimize workflow, efficiency, and a clean work environment</li><li>Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management<br><br></li></ul><strong>QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, & Skills Required)<br><br></strong><ul><li>Preferred: High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification; 1 years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities</li><li>Capable of following instructions and responding to management direction</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Exhibits experience working collaboratively in a team environment</li><li>Has the ability to read and interpret various documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals</li><li>Possesses effective verbal communication skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by employee to successfully perform the Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Standing Must be able to frequently remain in a stationary position</li><li>Walking, Reaching and Handling Must be able to frequently move about inside the warehouse to access product and machinery, etc. Must be able to stand and walk 60% of time, lift up to 40 lbs. normal, up to 70 lbs. less than 10% of time.</li><li>Seeing Frequently reads various documents and operates computer and other office tools/databases/equipment.</li><li>Talking and Hearing Frequently communicates with colleagues, co-workers, and customers.
