<strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Howmet Engine Systems has an immediate opening for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to assist in the shipping process at our facility in Rochester, NY.<br><br><strong>This position is eligible for $1000. sign-on bonus</strong>.<br><br><strong>Summary<br><br></strong>Work in a fast-paced manufacturing company creating shipping documents, maintaining inventory logs and communicating with team members while also acting as a resource for floor teams, helping troubleshoot issues and maintain momentum during busy periods.<br><br><strong> Basic Qualifications: <br><br></strong><ul><li> Conduct and maintain inventory log, provide occasional on-floor support for inventory counts, audits, and coordination </li><li> Partner with production and warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth workflow </li><li> Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements across shipping and inventory functions. </li><li> Provide occasional on-floor support for inventory counts, audits, and coordination </li><li> MRO receiving </li><li> Prepare OSM shipments </li><li> Maintain dock and office supplies </li><li> Create bills of lading </li><li> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes dynamics </li><li> Willing to work flexible hours including weekends as needed <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Excellent computer skills including Excel </li><li> ACE Export system </li><li> Export Compliance Denied party screening <br><br></li></ul><strong>Salary Range: $41,000-$51,000 depending on experience<br><br></strong><ul><li> Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
