The Operations Coordinator will take on a variety of tasks related to day-to-day catering duties. This person will be expected to follow all processes put into place by the operations team to ensure efficacy is met with all tasks. This person must be reliable and committed to working in a physically demanding position. This person must also be positive and professional at all times.

Your COMMITMENT to us:

GET THE JOB DONE (The necessary stuff)

  • Load and unload trucks in an efficient and organized manner
  • Support the delivery team when needed
  • Rental drop offs and pick ups
  • Support the venue operations coordinator with venue rental drop offs and pick ups
  • Ensure all necessary items are loaded onto event trucks prior to the depart time
  • Successfully executing off-premise event layouts during rental set-up
  • Fill on-call shifts as needed
  • Help maintain the organization & cleanliness at the warehouse, commissary, and fleet
  • Report any concerns with rental, facilities or vehicle in a timely fashion
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Additional Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current & Valid Driver’s License is required
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Current & Valid Auto Insurance is required
  • Ability to safely drive 16-26’ vehicles
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Handle fast-paced, high stress environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Physically demanding responsibilities - ability to lift heavy loads; ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
  • Display a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Act as an ambassador of the Company by sharing the Company’s core values, vision and direction with others.
  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail
