Available Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate. In this role you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials within our warehouse and from semi trailers docked at our facility. Your expertise in operating forklifts and sorting product, your attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety will contribute to the efficient and smooth operation of our logistics operations.

What you'll do:
Load and unload, shipping and receiving warehouse items
Transporting materials to different locations within the facility
Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment when needed
Report shortages/quality deficiencies to supervisor
Hand load/unload "partial" pallets of customer product as needed
Wrap pallets/totes, as needed
Stack freight sensibility to avoid damage to product, as well as injury to self and others
Obtain safety certification for forklift and electric pallet jack if applicable
Follow all company/customer process' and procedures
Report all customer compliance issues to supervisor
Ensure compliance with HII safety guidelines while performing job duties
Ability to be flexible with duties/schedule, depending on the level of workload
What you'll need: High School Diploma/GED
Physical ability to read labels and sort product to its proper location
Ability to lift up to 40lbs
