We are currently seeking full-time Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team at the Tukwila, WA distribution center located at 6725 S. Todd Blvd. This onsite position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $22, with opportunities for pay raises within the first year and additional pay incentives for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators and overnight shifts. Associate roles involve working closely with Warehouse Supervisors and Process Managers to efficiently perform a variety of warehouse tasks essential to ensuring smooth and accurate shipments to customers. Following a structured shift schedule, associates can choose between a day shift from Monday to Friday with a start time of 9 to 9:30 AM, or a night shift from Sunday to Wednesday, working four 10-hour night shifts from 9 PM to 7:30 AM. This role requires physical stamina as associates are expected to stand for extended periods while handling packages that typically weigh up to 50 pounds, occasionally lifting weights up to 75 pounds. The position demands attention to safety, quality, productivity, and organizational standards consistent with OSHA and Hazardous Materials regulations. Besides manual labor, associates will operate computerized scanning equipment to maintain real-time tracking and accuracy on all orders.
