Role and Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals (e.g. JobStreet, LinkedIn), company career pages
  • Screen resumes and support candidate shortlisting based on role requirements
  • Coordinate interview arrangements (phone, virtual, and onsite), including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and application status
  • Perform other HR or Talent Acquisition-related duties as assigned

Onboarding & Administrative Support

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HR database, including parking access, meal subsidy, and etc.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparation of office access cards, new employees professional photography taking session.

Event Coordination

  • Assist in planning, executing and participating in company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in planning, executing and participating in career fairs and university fairs.

Job Success Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field with a CGPA of 3.5 or above.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, willing to learn and open for feedback.
