Job Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Manage B2B Customer Care, not restricted to third-party inquiries, complaints, refund requests, escalations as appropriate.
  • Assist in B2B Sales Operations which may include booking fulfillment, invoicing, and settlement.
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to provide feedback and improve solutions to cater to clients’ needs
  • May be required at times to schedule and provide engaging online, in-person demos and walkthroughs to take clients through our services.
Planning
  • Work with the team to provide recommendations as well as changes, improvements or deletion of existing products.
  • Preparing Sales Kit in assisting to grow sales revenue
E-Commerce Platform
  • Develop a holistic view on how to best manage our e-commerce partnerships and drive the related revenues
  • Fully own the end to end related processes: Product Uploading, and Maintenance, Market / Price Comparison, Settlement, Booking Fulfilment, and Customer Service
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Undergraduate Degree
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Highly effective communication and influencing skills in spoken English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus
  • Highly effective communication and influencing skills in written English and Chinese
  • Demonstrated independence and ability to spearhead initiatives
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, self-motivated and global-oriented
  • Globally- minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
  • Have a passion for Travel
  • Shift Rotation Basis and willing to work on Weekend & Public Holidays

    • Evening: 9:30 am- 6:30pm
