Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and efficient Freelance Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team for a six-month period with possibility to extend to another 6 months based on performance. The candidate is expected to attend on-site 3 times a week. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels in a corporate environment, producing clean, high-quality visual content under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Create professional corporate collateral, including social media graphics, presentation decks, editorial layouts and website assets.
  • Video Production: Edit short-form video content, including interviews, promotional clips, and internal highlights.
  • Brand Alignment: Maintain a "clean and corporate" aesthetic across all platforms, ensuring consistency in typography, color palettes, and imagery.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, delivering high-quality drafts quickly and iterating based on feedback.
  • On-site Collaboration: Attend the office at least two days per week to coordinate with the marketing and strategy teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Speed & Accuracy: Proven ability to work fast and meet "same-day" or "next-day" turnaround requirements without sacrificing quality.
  • Corporate Aesthetic: A portfolio demonstrating a "less is more" approach (clean layouts, professional data visualization, and sophisticated video transitions).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar freelance or agency role, ideally within the healthcare, finance or corporate sectors.
"Value-Add" Skills
  • Motion Graphics: Ability to create simple 2D animations or animated text overlays for social media.
  • AI Tool Integration: Familiarity with using AI tools to speed up the creative workflow.
  • Basic Copywriting: Ability to check for typos and ensure text alignment makes sense within the design.
