Responsibilities
What Can You Expect?
  • Opportunities to manage or support multiple concurrent technology implementation projects.
  • Hands‑on involvement across the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Frequent interaction with client leadership, business users and cross‑functional delivery teams.

  • Manage end‑to‑end implementation of procurement technology solutions, including planning, execution and close‑out.
  • Partner with clients and project teams to gather, validate and align on business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables and overall progress.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes.
  • Prepare clear and structured project status reports and present updates to key stakeholders.
  • Drive effective communication between clients and delivery teams, including workshops, testing, training and issue resolution sessions.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal teams, vendors and client stakeholders.
  • Support additional project or practice initiatives as required to achieve overall engagement objectives.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For?
  • A recognised degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Experience ranging from junior to senior levels, managing complex IT and technology implementation projects:
  • Manager – 8 – 10 years
  • Assistant Manager – 6 – 8 years
  • Strong experience delivering cloud‑based and SaaS solutions, preferably within procurement or enterprise platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in complex delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Clarizen, Jira or equivalent.
  • Project management certifications (e.g.

    PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) are an added advantage.
