Responsibilities
What Can You Expect? Senior Associate:
  • Work on network and security assessments, implementations and remediation projects
  • Exposure to multi‑vendor, enterprise‑scale network and security architectures
  • Collaboration with experienced consultants across cyber, cloud and technology risk domains
  • Opportunities to support proposals, RFP/RFI responses and client presentations Associate Director:
  • Oversight of complex network and cloud security engagements end‑to‑end
  • Trusted advisor role to clients’ technology, risk and security leadership
  • Leadership responsibility for delivery quality, technical direction and team performance

    Associate:

  • Assess, design, implement and troubleshoot networks across Network, Security and Cloud domains
  • Perform configuration reviews and vulnerability assessments using tools such as Nipper and Nessus
  • Support Minimum Baseline Security Standards assessments and remediation activities
  • Administer LAN/WAN environments, including Cisco ACI, Nexus, Catalyst and wireless solutions
  • Work with security technologies including firewalls, WAF, IPS, proxies, SIEM and NDR platforms
  • Apply regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks such as BNM RMiT (June 2023), NIST CSF and ISO 27001:2022
  • Support proposal development, technical methodologies and RFP/RFI responses Associate Director:
  • Lead consulting engagements covering network security, cloud security and cyber governance
  • Design, review and challenge network and security architectures across on‑prem, cloud and hybrid environments
  • Provide remediation roadmaps to strengthen client security posture
  • Lead incident response, cyber recovery and IT system recovery initiatives
  • Guide and participate in Security Operations Centre (SOC) deployments
  • Advise on compliance with BNM RMiT, NIST, ISO 27001:2022 and Security Commission GTRM
  • Mentor team members and drive capability building within the practice
  • Lead proposal development, solution design, pricing and client presentations
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For?

Senior Associate: Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • 3–4 years of experience in Network, Security or related IT functions Technical Capabilities
  • Knowledge of public cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
  • Strong understanding of routing, switching and TCP/IP principles
  • Experience with technologies such as:
  • Check Point, FortiGate, Palo Alto firewalls
  • Cisco ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, Wireless Controllers
  • F5 load balancers, SASE, Web Proxy solutions
  • SIEM, NDR and threat analysis platforms Preferred Certifications
  • ISO 27001:2022 or equivalent
  • CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+/Cloud+
