What You Will Do

  • Drive the local IBP process and business forecasts for the franchise he/she is responsible for and ensuring the planning processes remain integrated with business processes.
  • Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive Demand Construction for an aligned Total Market IBP
  • Implement innovative solutions to improve forecasting accuracy and resource allocation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve planning strategies
  • Develop plans to ensure efficient introduction of new products, SKU phase in/out and product discontinuation as well as SLOB review and deployment.
  • Ensure business continuity by managing the supply disruptions and demand surges.
  • Analyses & initiates suitable actions based on planning key performance indicators and participates in regular reviews of policies, processes and procedures to achieve continual improvements.
  • Prepare monthly reports within specified time frames and communicate findings to management for forecast cycles and monthly actual closings
  • Assist in the preparation of special studies, reports, and analyses to drive costs & process improvements
What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in demand planning / supply planning / IBP (S&OP)
  • Hands-on experience in forecasting cycles, demand planning, and IBP process execution
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and forecasts
  • Experience managing demand variability (e.g., supply disruptions, demand spikes)
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Proficiency in Excel and planning/ERP tools (e.g., SAP/APO/IBP or similar)
  • Experience in SKU lifecycle management (NPI, phase-in/out) and inventory/SLOB monitoring
  • Strong communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in FMCG / consumer goods industry
  • Knowledge of advanced forecasting tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis)
  • Understanding of statistical forecasting and demand drivers (seasonality, promotions, trends)
  • Experience in IBP/S&OP process improvements or transformation projects
  • Exposure to regional or multi-market planning environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
