You'll assist in the development of customized sales presentations, help fulfill sponsorship programs, analyze audience and campaign performance data, and provide general administrative support. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic media environment, where creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration come together to drive results for advertising partners.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities include:<br /> • Supporting the Marketing Sales department of NBC Bay Area, Telemundo 48, NBC Sports Bay Area, NBC Sports California and Peacock streaming with various B2B administrations<br /> • Preparing sponsorship recaps for 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympics, NBA, Super Bowl LX and other media campaigns<br /> • Pulling video clips of sponsored content to share with clients as proof of performance<br /> • Updating and maintaining sponsored segments on California LIVE website<br /> • Uploading video content to file sharing platform and maintaining clip library<br /> • Refreshing sales presentations with current figures and graphic imagery<br /> • Gathering social media figures to incorporate into sponsorship trackers<br /> • Administering promotional sweepstakes contest entries and prize fulfillment<br /> • Drafting social copy and coordinating social posts for paid segments<br /> • Assisting with client hospitality events<br /> • Assisting with game ticket distribution and tracking<br /> Qualifications<br /> Basic Requirements:<br /> • Must be in pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress.<br /> • Current class standing of Junior or above<br /> • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above<br /> • Must be 18 years of age or older<br /> • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US without a Visa or sponsorship<br /> • Must have flexibility to work primarily in the San Francisco office at 360 Third Street<br /> • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and be comfortable working in deadline-oriented environment<br /> • Proficient with MS Office applications, including especially strong proficiency in PowerPoint<br /> • Ideal candidate will have eye for design as it relates to creating marketing material<br /> • High level of competency using Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitte<br /> <br /> Desired Characteristics:<br /> • 1 year experience working in office environment preferred, ideally Sales or Marketing<br /> • Knowledge of local sports franchises (Giants, A's, Warriors, Sharks, 49ers) is also a plus<br /> Additional Requirements:<br /> Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.<br /> Salary: $19.18/hr<br /> <p id='jobcode'>Jobcode: Reference SBJ-369nb9-172-70-207-183-42 in your application.</p> </p>
