The Executive Assistant to the Chairman, NBCU Business Affairs & Operations is a dynamic and insightful individual that operates as a self-starter and will leverage their critical thinking and interpersonal skills to liaison with staff, senior leaders, and externally to provide support with the goal of increasing the effectiveness and productivity of the executive.



This individual will need excellent organizational & communication skills and a highly collaborative style to provide support such as calendaring, meeting planning & coordination, travel administration, and project updates. This individual will need a proactive approach to assist the executive with overseeing some day-to-day business activities as they may arise.



WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Coordinate and handle all business travel arrangements

- Place and log day-to-day calls to/from numerous agents, managers, attorneys, producers and in-house personnel

- Coordinate pertinent documents for all business meetings

- Interact with Studio senior level executives and communicate on the chairman’s behalf

- Prepare business expense reports and manage approval of direct reports’ expense reports

- Manage all IT requests for the office and manage approval of the chairman’s direct report requests

- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters and documents

- Additional duties as assigned



Qualifications



Basic Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of administrative experience supporting senior executives, preferably with a production company, agency, entertainment law firm or studio

- Experience and demonstrated ability in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Well organized with strict attention to detail



Desired Characteristics

- Entertainment/film industry experience

- Solid organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information

- Demonstrated ability to manage expectations, push back and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment

- Candidate should display a great deal of discretion, initiative, solid interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure

- Have a “can-do” and “no-task-too-small” approach



Additional Requirements:

- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
