Overview The HR Business Partner (Manager/Sr Manager) contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels to enable client groups to deliver and achieve strategic business and people priorities. The HRBP (Manager/Sr Manager) supports business leaders across the organization, providing strategic HR guidance and driving business outcomes through effective HR solutions. The role typically starts by supporting a small number of commercial or professional services groups, with potential expansion as capabilities grow. Responsibilities Act as a global HR business partner for our Corporates Go-To-Market segment, Partnerships & Alliances and Professional Services teams Provide strategic thought partnership to leaders, guiding them through organizational change activities and a range of critical people and business issues (with support from senior HRBPs or COE specialists as needed) Analyze data and trends, identify people and culture needs, partner with Regional HR and Centers of Excellence to design, recommend and deliver talent solutions; develop and implement workforce planning strategies Drive belonging and inclusion across all HR levers (talent, reward, culture, learning, etc.) to create a world-class culture of talent Facilitate execution of cyclical processes (compensation, performance management, etc.) with business areas, ensuring clear communication, high-quality decisions, timely completion, and a positive stakeholder experience Partner with regional HR to coordinate support for first-line managers and employees regarding guidance on policies, processes and complex people issues (e.g., performance management, compensation) Coordinate with regional HR and other HR specialists to ensure employee lifecycle activities and processes are completed and queries resolved Ensure a consistent approach to HR activities and compliance with regional and global policies and legal requirements while adhering to local employment legislation Partner closely with Regional HR and Global ER on relations cases as needed Support the development of the broader people agenda for specific partner groups and contribute to key projects as needed Lead or support M&A due diligence and integration activity as required About You Experience supporting a Sales or Go-To-Market organization Relevant business and HR education, certification, or equivalent experience 3 - 5+ years of progressive HR business partnering or HR service delivery experience, ideally at a management level Ability to think globally, be flexible and focused, with a can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced, niche team within a larger organization Strong data analytics skills including proficiency with AI, Workday/HRIS, MS Excel, PowerPoint and other key software systems High sense of ownership, urgency and drive; proven ability to bring creative and effective ideas and solutions Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence leaders and individuals Strong judgment and the ability to build credible relationships quickly What’s in it For You?
