Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Conduct stage walks and job walking projects with vendors
  • Work with auditors and various trades to understand stage and building infrastructure
  • Take direct responsibility for specific work requests and guide projects to completion
  • Collaborate with productions on location shoots and facility operations
  • Maintain follow-through, accountability, and clear communication to ensure efficient task execution and decision-making
  • Engage regularly in-office based on intern manager’s schedule

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Active enrollment in an accredited college or university degree program for the full internship duration (proof required)
  • Rising Junior or Senior undergraduate student, 18 years or older
  • Academic good standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (transcript required if offered)
  • Understanding of computer work and strong communication skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future (candidates on student or exchange visas are not eligible)
