Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

As a Page, You Will: 

  • Learn from some of the best in the business through hands-on experience with 3 unique rotations across the company   
  • Immerse yourself in the NBCUniversal culture, and gain exposure to its vast portfolio by contributing to areas of the business including, but not limited to: public relations, corporate functions, production & development, marketing, streaming, social media, filmed entertainment, news production, business development, ad sales and digital   
  • Sharpen and expand your skillset to help you officially launch your career in media at the end of the program   
  • Receive regular feedback and coaching to help foster both your personal and professional growth   
  • Participate in regular learning & development opportunities to increase your knowledge of the NBCUniversal business and media industry as a whole    
  • Be a part of a larger cohort, network and community of support 
  • Prepare yourself for a full-time early career / entry level role at NBCU after completion of 3 assignments. Placement at NBCU upon program graduation is a primary focus but is not guaranteed.

Spring 2026 Cohort Details: 

  • Applications Close: Friday, October 17th at 8pm EST / 5pm PST.  
  • Start Date: Monday, January 26th, 2026
  • Time Commitment: Minimum 40 hours per week, 12-16 month program  
  • Hourly Rate: $22.00 per hour, overtime eligible at $33.00 per hour.  
  • Additional Assistance: One-time $2, net) stipend upon starting the program, and if eligible, you may also receive an additional relocation fund
  • Benefits: Eligible to enroll in health and welfare benefits coverage, and 401k with immediate vesting & company match. Comprehensive paid time off (10 vacation days, paid company holidays, 3 myDays, and paid sick days)

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:  

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree prior to start date of Monday, January 26th  
  • Ability to start the program in-person, full-time on January 26th and continue in a full-time capacity for the duration of the 12-16 month program  
  • Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require work visa sponsorship from NBCUniversal now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States.
    • For further clarification, candidates currently on any student or exchange visa (e.g. F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1) are not eligible to apply unless they will be able to change or adjust to another status that grants work authorization without NBCUniversal sponsorship.  
    • NBCUniversal is an E-Verify company, requiring all employees to have an active Social Security number. Any candidate receiving an offer for the program must complete I-9 form with Social Security number within 3 days of hire.  
  • Work in-person in New York, NY for the East Coast Page Program and in Universal City, CA for the West Coast Page Program  
  • For New York, NY applicants – must be able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and company holidays to support studio tours, audience services, and other in-person production/event needs 

Desired Characteristics:  

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above  
  • Previous internship, on-campus job, or part-time work experience preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
