Additional responsibilities may include deployment of new workstations, displays and development hardware. Ultimately this position helps to ensure that our end users are always up and running.Your Role AccountabilitiesProvide excellent customer support to our users by responding to helpdesk tickets, assess and resolve routine technical workstation issues and troubleshooting challenges to minimize downtime of workstation and network accessRespond to help desk requests remotely and in person.Diagnose routine technical problems.Document and escalate complicated problems.Upgrade systems and perform regular maintenance servicesAssist with the onboarding of new staff at the studio and managing hardware inventoriesMay need to be available to work outside of normal work hours to respond to outages or urgent issuesOther duties as assigned as we are a small but mighty teamQualifications & ExperienceFriendly customer service support is a must1 to 3 years of help desk or customer support experienceComfortable with Windows in an enterprise environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to lift up to 50 poundsExcellent Analytical and problems-solving skillsWillingness to learn and jump in with a can-do attitudeExcellent Communication skillsRegularly uses independent judgment within defined proceduresNice to HavePrevious experience in a similar role.Passion for or curiosity of video games or the video game industry.How We Get Things Done...This last bit is probably the most important!
