JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Entertainment is shaping the future of creator-driven entertainment. We're empowering digital-native talent to become the next generation of global media powerhouses while developing premium IP and formats that transcend platforms, from YouTube to AVOD, SVOD, Broadcast, and Film. The Head of Creator Studio will serve as the architect and driving force behind this strategy. This senior leader will define the vision, operational model, and creative direction for FOX's creator ecosystem by overseeing all creator partnerships, content development, and commercialization efforts. This is a transformational leadership role requiring a proven innovator who can bridge creative vision and strategic execution, combining artistic instincts with disciplined business acumen. The ideal candidate is both a builder and a dealmaker, a creative entrepreneur who understands how to turn talent and ideas into enduring franchises and scalable media businesses.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source, structure, and manage overall deals with top creators and emerging talent
  • Oversee creator relations, performance metrics, and long-term partnership strategy
  • Identify and nurture creative talent with potential to expand beyond YouTube and digital platforms
  • Manage the studio's annual content and production budget
  • Allocate funding across channels, creators, and formats to balance near-term revenue and long-term IP development
  • Ensure disciplined investment with clear recoupment and profitability targets
  • Lead an in-house Studio Development function dedicated to collaborating directly with creators
  • Lead creative teams effectively to ensure consistent, high-quality, on-brand execution
  • Work with creators to make their formats more bankable for advertisers and sponsorships, shaping shows that integrate seamlessly with brand partnerships
  • Standardize formats into structured, sellable catalogs with library and resale value
  • Guide creators from concept to fully scalable formats ready for multi-platform distribution
  • Partner effectively to ensure delivery across the FOX Creator Studio network
  • Partner with Ad Sales to deliver high-quality sponsorships and integrations that balance
  • Partner across FOX divisions to drive an integrated strategy
  • Support creators in scaling their operations while maintaining creative integrity, commercial, and creative goals
  • Build a creator-driven creative engine that supports advertisers, creators, and FOX IP
  • Foster a culture that merges creativity, innovation, and commercial accountability

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Extensive experience in creative development, digital-first media, studio management, or entertainment leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, and monetizing creator-led or talent-driven entertainment brands
  • Deep understanding of the evolving digital ecosystem, including YouTube, FAST, AVOD/SVOD, social video platforms, and IP exploitation models
  • Demonstrated success leading large creative and operational teams, with accountability for multi-million-dollar budgets and P&L performance
  • Strong network within the creator, talent, and brand partnership communities
  • Exceptional strategic thinker who can translate creative concepts into viable, scalable business models
  • Entrepreneurial and forward-looking, skilled at navigating between legacy media infrastructure and fast-moving creator culture
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across senior executives and external stakeholders

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $360, ,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
