<strong>JOB TITLE</strong>: Database Project Specialist 4 <br><br><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong><br><ul><li>Manage multiple projects/programs as developer for PowerApps. </li></ul><ul><li>Organize and lead the implementation of new processes for web app/database projects. </li></ul><ul><li>QA/QC for web app/database projects (work with end-users as well as developers to find bugs/nonfunctional processes and fix/change them). </li></ul><ul><li>Data scrubbing for web app/database projects (analyze data from our databases and correct/validate data via field verification and standardized naming). </li></ul><ul><li>Drive project deliverables and task details with the use of reports, tracking charts/graphs and checklists. </li></ul><ul><li>Video editing and media/flyer design using Adobe/Kofax software/products. </li></ul><ul><li>Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. </li></ul><ul><li>Collect and analyze data using Excel (pivot tables, graphs, charts...) to evaluate operational inefficiencies. </li></ul><ul><li>Document business and functional requirements that can be clearly understood by the business unit and technical teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Create Excel macros using VBA language and scripting in JavaScript (Excel Online). </li></ul><ul><li>Create automated flows in Power Automate. </li></ul><ul><li>Create documentation and procedures for developed and purchased software usage/installation. </li></ul><ul><li>Create scheduled and ad-hoc reports as requested utilizing MS Office software. </li></ul><ul><li>Support Protocol (housekeeping), VWR (consumables) and Toolbelt (handyman) programs. </li></ul><ul><li>Other duties as requested by management. </li></ul><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><ul><li>College graduate with BA/BS degree </li></ul><ul><li>Four years of experience in project/program management </li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of Adobe/Kofax tools with emphasis in video editing and digital media </li></ul><ul><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office/Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) with emphasis on data analytics </li></ul><ul><li>Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform </li></ul><ul><li>Work independently, receives minimal guidance </li></ul><ul><li>Capable of interfacing with a variety of people with different technical levels and educational backgrounds </li></ul><ul><li>Candidate must be detail orientated with strong organization and prioritization skills </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to multi-task with strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li></ul><ul><li>Strong collaboration and teamwork skills </li></ul><br><br><strong>COMPETENCIES</strong>: <br><ul><li> <strong>Adaptability </strong>- Adapts to changes in the work environment;
