The Global Customer Experience Coordinator plays an integral role in the Global Exhibitor Partnerships team. This job's focus is to assist the Executive Director and oversee ALL screenings in-theatres, on the studio lot, as well as some international events. This role will help the group's sales team, as well as assist with events in-theatres. They will support the overall marketing team on screenings across research, publicity, promotions, intersectional, international and awards. This position works closely with the anti-piracy security team to ensure the pre-release content is safe.Job Description:• Provide some administrative support for Executive Directors of Global Exhibitor Partnerships & team• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to set up screenings on-lot and in-theatres for special events, publicity, intersectional marketing, etc. Just over the last year, 3500 screenings have been booked by this position.• Any time one of our movies play in a theater domestically, this position is the one that set that screening up. This includes all premieres and research screenings attended by talent and execs. (i.e., book the theater, order the print, set the keys, set concessions, etc.)• Some travel by car or plane to work screenings, premieres, and special events as needed• Assist with Group Sales and Corporate Buyouts as neededQualifications:• 1-3 years of experience• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required, along with desire to further develop program skillsets• BA or BS requiredThe anticipated base salary for this position is $23.31/hour to $30.29/hour. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits.
