<strong>What To Expect<br></strong>We’re looking for a Learning and Development Partner with proven experience designing and delivering impactful learning interventions, establishing robust learning infrastructure, and using data-driven insights to inform learning strategies. You will work directly with leaders and teams across multiple business units to accelerate capability, strengthen culture, and create scalable measurement mechanisms for learning outcomes.<br><br>The role combines training facilitation, learning consultation, and systems-thinking. You’ll be expected to build immersive experiences and tools that translate organizational needs into learning that improves performance today and builds capability for tomorrow.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><li>Consult and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective programs and modern solutions for driving behavior change and performance. Apply learning frameworks, first-principles thinking, root-cause analysis, and knowledge of emerging technologies to build engaging interventions</li><li>Lead in-person and virtual programs on leadership, communication, motivation, and culture building. Adapt learning interventions (content, delivery, tools) for diverse audiences</li><li>Query and analyze data to correlate learning interventions with potential outcomes (retention, performance, operational efficiency, etc.). Design, implement, and scale learning outcome measurement systems, including dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data workflows</li><li>Apply survey design, longitudinal tracking, statistical basics, and trend analysis to create feedback loops that effectively identify inefficiencies, quality gaps, and opportunities</li><li>Transform complex learning and HR data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that enable decision-making at the leadership level</li><li>Maintain strong end-to-end ownership of assigned learning programs from scoping, design, and development through to execution and implementation<br><br><br></li><strong>What You'll Bring<br><br></strong><li>5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or HR in dynamic, fast-paced, high-change environments</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis and visualization to interpret learning metrics, behavior change, and business impact</li><li>Strong ability to query and analyze data using SQL, advanced Excel, or similar tools.
