Full time The Maintenance & Infrastructure team is responsible for all building maintenance services and small-scale infrastructure projects across the campus, including offices, laboratories, and workshop areas. The team supports activities such as electrical infrastructure preparation, laboratory equipment installations, carpentry works, and internal relocations within the campus. The role is highly dynamic and requires flexibility and readiness to expand responsibilities as operational needs evolve.

The position requires onsite presence 5 days a week at our Jerusalem office.

What will your job look like:

  • Management of the infrastructure & building technicians (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, pumps) and general maintenance staff, ensuring professional, safe, and service-oriented operation.
  • Full responsibility for preventive and corrective maintenance of critical building systems, including electrical systems, central HVAC, generators, transformers, pumps, etc.
  • Handling and prioritizing real-time operational failures and emergency calls.
  • Supervision, control, and quality assurance of subcontractors and external service providers.
  • Management of user service requests related to building maintenance, including doors, locks, plumbing fixtures, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
  • Leading small infrastructure and maintenance projects across offices, laboratories, and workshops.
  • Implementation of continuous improvement processes aimed at reducing failures, improving service levels, and optimizing operational costs.
  • Training, mentoring, and professional development of team members.
  • Close collaboration with parallel site functions such as Cleaning, Catering, and other Operations teams.
  • Promoting a strong service culture and high safety standards within the maintenance teams.
All you need is:
  • At least 8 years of proven experience managing maintenance & infrastructure teams in large-scale facilities (high-tech campuses, laboratories, industrial or office environments).
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of building systems: electricity, HVAC, plumbing, generators, pumps, and infrastructure equipment.
  • Proactive and data-oriented, with experience monitoring, tracking, and analyzing operational metrics to drive improvements.
  • Relevant technical education - Engineer, Practical Engineer, Technician, or similar.
  • Experience working with and managing subcontractors and external vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational issues simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Hebrew - fluent; English - good working proficiency.
