We are seeking an integrated marketing leader to drive coordinated go-to-market execution, customer acquisition, and lifecycle engagement for our money business. This role will focus on connecting customers to banking products and money management tools to make tangible financial progress. The ideal candidate will partner closely with our Product Marketing and Growth Marketing leaders to drive toward our aggressive growth goals, ensuring that our launches and ongoing programs are aligned, effective, and measurable.

This leader will be accountable for marketing KPIs and will coordinate day-to-day orchestration across teams to deliver outcomes. They bring strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and a proven track record of navigating complex cross-functional environments. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing integrated GTM plans, delivering cohesive cross-channel execution and accelerating growth of our money business.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate business objectives and customer insights into integrated GTM plans for new products, features, and experiences.
  • Coordinate GTM readiness across product, marketing, design, analytics, customer success, compliance, and operations to ensure cohesive and timely launches.
  • Define operating rhythms, roles, and success criteria for GTM initiatives to ensure alignment and execution clarity.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to drive the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing programs (across paid, owned, in-product, earned) to drive high-quality acquisition and activation.
  • Oversee the overall customer lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back, to ensure end to end consistency of experience across PMM, Growth, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Support the development of personalized, insight-driven lifecycle programs that deepen engagement and increase member LTV.
  • Ensure definition of KPIs, dashboards, and measurement plans for GTM initiatives; continuously iterate based on insights and performance trends to inform future plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional working teams, even in matrixed environments, fostering a culture of ownership and customer-centric approaches across GTM partners.
  • Ensure senior leaders/stakeholder visibility into execution progress, impact, and insights to influence strategy and planning.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, integrated marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or related roles within consumer technology or fintech.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and coaching high-performing teams or leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to thrive in matrixed organizations and drive clarity across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Track record of driving member growth, retention, and lifetime value in a DTC or B2C environment.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, paid social, display, and affiliate.
  • Strong analytical comfort with funnel analysis, performance diagnostics, and translating insights into strategy.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience building, motivating, and developing teams.
