Ad Agency industry preferred The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, an eye for detail, and a passionate liking for Packaging Design & Branding — someone who can independently own projects from brief through to completion while collaborating effectively within a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle Branding & Packaging Design projects end-to-end
  • Handle projects independently and execute through a smaller team where required
  • Understand and decode project briefs effectively
  • Conduct competitive analysis for the brand and project
  • Brainstorm and conceptualise with the assigned team
  • Multitask across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Conduct critical reviews of creatives/designs to ensure project objectives are met
  • Attend client meetings for concept presentations and business development pitches
  • Coordinate with printers, client packaging teams, service providers, and vendors
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all services he/she is responsible for
WORK SETUP
  • Remote-first role: Almond operates as a fully remote agency. The candidate must be
comfortable working independently from home and be self-disciplined in managing schedules, communication, and deliverables without a physical office environment.
  • Own workstation required: Candidates are expected to have their own functional
workstation (Mac/PC) with the necessary design software (Adobe Creative Suite) installed and operational. Almond does not provide hardware. SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
  • Experience in packaging labelling development and/or maintenance
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop and common artwork management
tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Proactive in keeping skills up-to-date and committed to self-improvement
  • Prioritisation, time management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to analyse problems and recommend actionable solutions
  • Continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing mindset
  • Sound decision-making ability
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal qualification in Commercial / Communication
Design from a recognised design institution
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant agency experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
