We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of modern UI and UX designs for our ERP and SaaS products.

Role Overview: As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and workflows that meet the needs of our educational institution clients. You will collaborate closely with our product and development teams to create designs that align with our vision and enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • UI/UX Design:
  • Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for our SaaS ERP applications.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
  • Design intuitive and seamless user workflows and interactions.

  • User Journey Mapping
  • Understand and map out user journeys for various personas within universities and business schools.
  • Identify pain points and opportunities to improve user experiences.

  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals.
  • Participate in design reviews and iterate on feedback to enhance designs.

  • Design Standards and Frameworks
  • Utilize Ant Design framework as a reference to maintain consistency and coherence in design.
  • Establish and uphold design guidelines and best practices.

  • Usability Testing
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
  • Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools for wireframing and prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience with user journey mapping and creating user personas.
  • Familiarity with the Ant Design framework.
  • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SaaS ERP systems or experience in the education sector is a plus.
