Job Description Your Responsibilities: Client Delivery Managing client relationship for a few strategic accounts of Rockwell Automation Ensure close oversight on existing SDO projects and programs for these accounts Provide thought leadership in the definition of new services, solutions, and capabilities, which will reinforce ongoing commercial relationship between the client and Rockwell Automation. People & Practice Development Contribute to developing and delivering Digital Transformation consulting services. Business Development & Sales Work in collaboration with Rockwell account managers for specific accounts, and project teams in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, and establishing/enhance long term relationships with the client's stakeholders. Create compelling propositions, often in situations, for the client to engage Rockwell Automation. Introduce the global capabilities and SMEs of Rockwell Automation as needed to progress sales opportunities. Write and deliver winning proposals and effective statements of work. Manage the contracting process between Rockwell and the client. Financial Results & Metrics Develop a sustainable consulting practice based in India that generates at least USD$4.0M/year of revenue for Rockwell of which USD$2.0M for SDO The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree in STEM. Must be willing to travel up to 75% Proven track record in selling and delivering consulting / professional services. Experience leading the implementation, validation and deployment of scalable, commercial IoT/IIoT and analytics solutions in a client-facing setting Significant professional network of relationships in the metals, mining, chemical industries. Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Prior experience and positive track record in a mid-level role with a consulting or professional services organization providing digital solutions (Manager, Senior Manager) Deep experience in either the Manufacturing and Mining sectors in operations, asset management or IT/OT functions Experience of working with Rockwell Automation solution.
