Cloudwick is looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in B2B SaaS environments to lead agile delivery across cross-functional teams. You will play a critical role in enabling engineering, product, and data teams to operate efficiently while collaborating closely with US-based stakeholders and customers. This role requires hands-on expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to work effectively in US time zones.


Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies to keep teams on track.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to manage and refine backlogs, user stories, and priorities.
  • Drive Agile best practices across engineering, data, and platform teams.
  • Enable effective collaboration between India-based delivery teams and US-based stakeholders.
  • Track sprint progress, team velocity, delivery metrics, and report insights to leadership.
  • Coach teams on Agile maturity, self-organisation, and high-performance delivery.
  • Support release planning and ensure predictable, high-quality deliveries.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Proven experience working in B2B SaaS product environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles.
  • Hands-on experience working with US-based clients, stakeholders, or distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across time zones.
  • Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and complex delivery environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a plus.
  • Experience working with data platforms, cloud-native products, or analytics solutions.
  • Exposure to AWS-based or cloud-first SaaS environments.
  • Background in scaling Agile practices across growing organisations.
