The Role The right candidate will drive the success of AMD's Embedded Partner Marketing initiatives by accelerating co-marketing, partner enablement, and demand generation across the Embedded Partners ecosystem, including ODMs (Original Design Manufacturers), IP (Intellectual Property) providers, Software, and Design Services partners.

This highly collaborative role partners closely with Product Marketing, Partner Management, Field Marketing, and Sales to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that strengthen partner engagement, increase solution awareness, and generate measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute joint co-marketing plans with priority partners across the AMD Embedded Partner ecosystem, aligned with AECG (Adaptive and Embedded Computing Group) business objectives and regional priorities.
  • Drive partner enablement through the development of sales and technical enablement materials, including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), training content, and sales tools for partner sellers, FAE (Field Application Engineering) teams, and solution architects.
  • Support solution and platform launches by developing positioning and messaging, coordinating campaign assets, managing launch calendars, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring launch readiness.
  • Plan and execute integrated partner demand generation campaigns, including audience targeting, campaign offers, landing pages, email nurture programs, webinars, paid media, and lead management coordination.
  • Lead partner events and activations, including trade shows, workshops, demonstrations, and webinars by managing timelines, logistics, speaker preparation, asset delivery, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage marketing program operations, including project intake, cross-functional schedules, legal and brand reviews, localization requests, MDF (Market Development Funds) planning and claims where applicable, and executive reporting.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing liaison for assigned partners by leading status meetings, tracking actions and risks, resolving issues, and ensuring effective communication across AMD and partner organizations.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign and enablement KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), including content engagement, MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), influenced opportunities, event ROI (Return on Investment), enablement adoption, and partner satisfaction through regular dashboards and business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to scale marketing programs by developing reusable content, reference architectures, solution messaging templates, and best-practice playbooks across regions and partner tiers.
  • Collaborate effectively across Product Marketing, Partner Management, Field Marketing, Sales, Legal, Brand, and external ecosystem partners to ensure successful program execution.
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement across partner marketing processes, campaign execution, and partner engagement initiatives.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Exp in semiconductor product marketing, solutions marketing, partner marketing, or a closely related role.
