This role ensures the accuracy, quality, and reliability of operational processes, systems, and data across supported functions. The incumbent serves as an operational subject matter expert, supporting reputed company workflows, policy adherence, process optimization, and the integration of automation and efficiency initiatives. The role partners closely with Vendor(s) to manage performance, meet budget expectations, reputed company operational metrics, and support reputed company improvement.
