Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pandoblox is seeking a NetSuite Implementation Consultant to support and deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations. The role involves working closely with project leads and clients to design solutions and manage multiple workstreams while ensuring successful configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of NetSuite applications. Responsibilities Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews Set up SuiteFlow and configuration Have knowledge of NetSuite's partner community to provide client guidance to requirements that need third party support Train internal users on how to effectively use NetSuite features and applications Evangelize the capabilities of NetSuite across the organization and driving user adoption Manage multiple streams of work, actively communicating progress, roadblocks, and next steps. Following best practices for testing, development, deployment, and implementation Work with the implementation team to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into the client's infrastructure Work alongside the project lead to implement process improvements with systematic solutions Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting Perform other duties as needed by the role Skills Have 3+ years of functional experience with NetSuite applications/services Have working knowledge of NetSuite's Cloud / SaaS-based business software systems (ERP / CRM) Have experience as a NetSuite Consultant Have strong experience in evaluating, using, and/or managing cloud-based applications and services Have experience in pre-sales, product implementation, training, and providing client support within the NetSuite environment Have experience throughout the complete NetSuite software development life cycle Have project management experience in utilizing appropriate tools and resources to document processes, timelines, and responsibilities Have solid communication skills with good follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to timeline Be knowledgeable in relational database architecture and methods including hands-on experience in developing SQL queries desired Have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Be a creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Have strong task management skills Have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties Be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer Be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there Be willing to work in the US Pacific time zone or client time zone Company Overview Pandoblox offers digital development, c-level guidance, and advanced technology-enabled services.
