Role Description

We are hiring a Crypto On-Chain and Markets Analyst (Remote, US) to support blockchain market analysis, on-chain intelligence, and digital asset research initiatives across Web3 ecosystems.

This role focuses on analyzing on-chain activity, cryptocurrency market trends, and blockchain ecosystem metrics to identify strategic opportunities and actionable insights. The analyst will collaborate with strategy, research, and product teams to support data-driven decision-making across digital asset and decentralized finance markets.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze on-chain activity, wallet behavior, liquidity flows, and blockchain ecosystem metrics
  • Monitor cryptocurrency markets, trading trends, and macroeconomic developments
  • Conduct research on DeFi protocols, tokenized assets, NFTs, and emerging Web3 sectors
  • Evaluate tokenomics, network growth metrics, and digital asset performance
  • Prepare market intelligence reports, dashboards, and strategic insights
  • Identify market opportunities and risk signals across blockchain ecosystems
  • Collaborate with internal teams on blockchain research and digital strategy initiatives
  • Support data-driven decision-making related to Web3 product and ecosystem growth
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain ecosystems
  • Experience or strong interest in on-chain analytics, market research, or digital asset analysis
  • Knowledge of DeFi, tokenomics, liquidity systems, and blockchain infrastructure
  • Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools, explorers, and market intelligence platforms
  • Ability to interpret complex market and on-chain data to generate actionable insights
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Active involvement in Web3 and crypto communities
